Shipping Methods: You can choose one of the shipping methods during the checkout process. There are three main shipping methods to choose for you:
The two shipping methods are the fastest available. Shipping times are between 3 - 7 days to all major destinations, and you can track your order's status online. Shipping costs vary with weight and delivery address.
For some major destinations, there is an option to ship your order by EMS. If your destination qualifies for shipping by EMS, it will automaticaly appear as an option when you chekout. EMS shipping takes a bit longer than UPS, DHL but costs less. Shipping times are between 5 - 9 days to all major destinations, and you also can track your order's status online.
Postoffice Air Mail
If you only order several items as sample and you don't care about the delivery time, you can choose air mail service. It is too cheap! But it is Unstable and we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

US,CA: 2~3 business days; Western Europe: 3~5 days. It is recommended to choose UPS for USA, Canada, Mexico.
Western Europe: 3~5 business days; Middle East, Eastern Europe: 4~7 days; Southeast Asia: 2~3 days.
5~9 business days. It is not recommended to choose EMS.
Postoffice Air Mail:
No guarantee. Usually 15-30 business days

Shipping Costs: International shipping costs are based on a combination of three factors:
The shipping method/carrier chosen
The weight and dimenstions of package
The destination country or region shipped
You can estimate shipping costs for any product item or combination of items: Choose your favored items via clicking the Add To Cart button , click link to your Shopping Cart page to view the total shiping costs for all items. Fill in the quantity you want, and then click the Update button, the system will count the total weight automatically.
If the weight is above 20kg, the shipping cost of UPS or DHL express is more cheaper. So please choose UPS or DHL express

3. What are your shipping options?
We will use whatever method you prefer. But we mainly deliver our beads products by UPS or DHL express. It is reliable, safe and fast.
4. How long will my order take to be received?
The delivery time is about 3-7 business days after shipment arranged. It only takes 2 or 5 business days if ship by UPS or DHL to USA. The exact deliver time is based on the destination, the shipping method you select and how long it takes to clear local customs. However, we also need some time to produce your order. It usually takes about 3-7 business days to prepare an order after your payment.
5. Please define a "Business Day"
A business day means working day, it is from Monday to Friday with the exclusion of any holidays. Saturday, Sunday and any China National holidays ARE NOT business days.
6. How do I know that my item has shipped?
We will inform you when your order is shipped. We'll send you an email to confirm the time it was sent, the tracking number of your order shipment, with a link to the carrier's tracking page. There, you can check your package's location in real time. If for some reason you do not receive the confirmation email or have additional questions, please contact us as soon as possible
7. Do you offer same day service?
No, we do not offer same day service to deliver our products, so the earliest that your recipient could possibly receive the products is the following 2 business day.
8. Will I be billed duties and taxes?
We are not sure whether it needs or not, all depends on your local customs office and the laws of your country. If you have questions about duties and taxes, we encourage you to contact your local customs bureau or post office. However, we usually declare the goods as "imitation beads ..." And much lower value than real amount to avoid too high taxes or duties at your side. We can declare full value per client's request, too.
9. What about damaged shipments?
We always do double check your beads or jewelry before packing. And we try our best to pack your beads or jewelry to avoid the damage in the shipments. Sometimes goods are damaged during long distance shipping.
But if you find that any merchandise is damaged during shipping, please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We will need 3 pieces of information:
1. Your Order Number (you can find it in your email we sent to you or in your order history). 2. EMS or DHL or UPS or USPS Tracking Number (from the Shipping sheet). 3. What was damaged? You can take some pictures for the damaged merchandise to show us as well.
We will accept the return and either exchange the merchandise or refund for remediation.
10. Can I return merchandise?
According to our return policy, you may return any item within 7 business days after the receipt of your goods for refund or replacement. This guarantee does not apply to custom orders, special order or pieces that have been modified per customer request.
11. Are delivery dates guaranteed?
No. Because circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. For example, unsuccessful delivery attempts, carrier weather delays, incorrect addresses, etc., and there is no refunds will be issued under these circumstances. But usually the goods are delivered within expected time.
12. What will happen if I give an incorrect shipping address?
Unfortunately, your beads or jewelry will probably not get to its destination in time for the important occasion if you provide an incorrect address when ordering. If a package is returned to us because of an address problem, we will reship the package to you or a corrected recipient address. You will be charged for the additional shipping fees. PLEASE be certain of your address before ordering! We pass along the UPS fee for the correction, which will appear on your credit card statement as a separate charge. And make sure that you include apartment or suite numbers if applicable.
